Cover/Editorial Design

Set the style and designed this award-winning STEM book cover to cover. Both inspirational and aspirational, this book features amazing women explorers, scientists, and adventurers from all walks of life. The design centered on a clean grid-like structure inspired by digital design trends. I focused on a simple profile style for each feature with a 2-color scheme and unique patterning associated with the field of work or location and carried that theme through accompanying spread and interstitials. Each profile got special care and attention to highlight the individual and the work being done. This book was a true labor of love for me.
